  1. Physical Products

We may accept returns or replacements for physical items such as flashcards or printed materials if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item has manufacturing defects
  • The package is lost in transit (where confirmed)

Return Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be retained where possible
  • Proof of purchase and photos may be required

Non-Returnable Physical Items:

  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Clearance or final sale items (if specified)
  1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable or instantly accessible digital products:

  • Digital items are generally non-refundable once purchased, delivered, or downloaded
  • Refunds may be considered only if:
    • Duplicate payment occurred
    • File is corrupted and cannot be replaced
    • Purchase was made in error and download was not accessed
  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once a physical order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Digital orders cannot usually be cancelled after access has been granted.
